This Privacy Policy applies to our mobile applications, websites, and related services (the “Service”).

- Projects, tasks, tasklists, messages, and associated metadata you create or manage in the Service.
- Subscription status and limits.
- Device Data
- Device type, operating system, app version, log data, crash reports.
- Billing & Payments
- We do not collect or store payment details. Purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store, with RevenueCat used for subscription management.
3. How We Use Data
We use your data to:
- Provide and operate the Service.
- Manage subscriptions and billing.
- Maintain security and prevent abuse.
- Improve and develop features.
- Communicate essential account and service updates.
We do not use your data for targeted advertising or direct marketing.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (UK/EU GDPR)
We process personal data under the following legal bases:
- Performance of Contract: To provide the Service and manage your account.
- Legitimate Interests: To secure, improve, and develop the Service.
- Legal Obligation: To comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
- Consent: Where explicitly required (e.g. if we ever introduce optional features needing it).
5. Data Storage & Location
- Data is stored in Google Firebase (EU West 2 – London region).
- We do not transfer your personal data outside the UK/EU unless adequate safeguards are in place (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Data Retention
- Tasklists: Deleted immediately when removed by you.
- Projects & Project Tasks: Retained up to 7 days after deletion for recovery, then permanently removed.
- Messages: Retained for at least 90 days before deletion.
- Unsubscribed/Over-Limit Projects: Retained for at least 30 days before deletion.
- General: We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
7. Sharing of Data
We only share data with:
- Apple (App Store): For billing and subscription management.
- RevenueCat: For subscription tracking.
- Service Providers: For hosting and technical infrastructure (Google Firebase).
We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
8. Security
- We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data.
- However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
9. Your Rights (UK & EU GDPR)
You may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your data.
- Restriction: Limit processing in certain cases.
- Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
11. Service Availability & External Links
- The Service may contain links (e.g. URLs entered by users) that open third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
- Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
- Continued use of the Service after updates means acceptance of the revised Policy.
